I started my work history many years ago working for a major fast food company, that is still going strong, who tried all they could to put the customer first and then went to work for a retail outdoor sports company who always put the customer first and is still growing strong. I now work for another company that works to keep their customers happy, so I don't follow the public relations these two events gave me.
In regards to the antenna head, the manufacturer laughed at me when I asked how to send the defective one back, when I received the new one. They told me to destroy it.
And for the faucet, I have never been told that items bought with a valid gift card or certificate, when brought back in a timely manor and with proper receipt, could not be refunded or at least given in store credit.
I am not trying to be rude or a problem. I am just confused that before these 2 purchases I have never had a problem with CW and now I am not sure I want to try again. And I did not know who else to turn to.
