Camping World Still Sucks

The "Good Sam Care Team" has still not done anything with my order placed May 15th. The order is still processing.

In the thread titled "Camping World Sucks" I was told by the team that this was going to be taken care of. What is taking so long?

    Before the CW store closed in Mission, Tx. (Rio Grande Valley), I had gone there to make a purchase. They didn't have what I wanted so I went to Goodings down the road. Not five minutes later a CW pickup pulled into the parking lot.

    That said, I guess it's like auto parts. If one doesn't have it, they get it from another. They help each other out. I guess that is better than saying, "Sorry we don't have it in stock".

    I'm not on either side nor am I in a good mood but CW fills a market for people who like to buy stock items off the shelf. In 15 years of rving I've only bought one thing from CW. They never seem to have what I need.

    I just bought five items for my rv through Amazon. They had them, they shipped them and I received them. No fuss, no confusion, no disappointments. PPL in Houston seems to do pretty good too.

  • Have you emailed the leadership team? A few minutes on LinkedIn will get you quite a few names?

    That's what I'd do - instead of posting on an Internet Forum.

  • Thanks for posting to often CW replies and blows smoke to get the post stopped. Keep applying the heat to make them do something

  • I have been reading about the problems with CW filling orders for quite a while on RV.NET. I just figure it isn't worth the trouble ordering from CW when I can get the same products for the same price or cheaper, even when on sale, from numerous other vendors on the internet. Amazon and Tweetys to list a couple. The only time it takes Amazon a month to get it to me is when the item is shipped directly from China.
