Camping World

I needed some lap sealent and other supplies for my travel trailer,Camping World was the closest went into the store no one would ask if I needed help I had to go look for someone to help me, this happen twice. Camping World has the worst customer service will not shop there again until they improve on customer service.

    How will you know that they improve on customer service if you never go back? I guess a sales clerk will need to call you to tell you that everything is A-OK?

    As others stated, I find it better to have to ask someone for help that for them bugging me and asking me all the time. They don't read minds. Most of the people don't need assistance. And then when they do, they ask for it.
  • I prefer to ask for help when I need it rather than having sales staff bugging as you go through the store.
  • Same as shopping in any large store (WalMart, Lowe's, Target, Home Depot, K-Marts, Sears) you have to find someone to talk to first so they know what you need. They all have other primary jobs and customers are first when you ask for help they know the products you need or can ask for a manager to help.
  • At least you found out how much they value your business.
    Now just shop on the internet for the cheapest price for everything you need and avoid the experience.
