The OP does little to no homework Buys the cheapest thing he can get his hands on, and then wants to blame CW for his woes.
The OP wants top assume little to no responsibility for his own actions in this transaction. He bought junk he got junk. CW now sells quality gensets unfortunately the OP did no research chose the poor quality model. But that was the OP's decision.
In the end CW and the OP are guilty of the same thing. Buying and selling cheap junk. In my opinion CW shouldn't even sell the cheapo gensets however in an effort to meet all price points CW made the decision to sell the economy low end models.
It's no secret the low end models are typically louder, and more unreliable vs. a decent model. Had the OP done any homework he would have known this.
Bottom line the OP got what he paid for.
As to the return policy, A smart consumer will be sure to know the policy before they buy and not wait until after the purchase to inquire.
