Can it be Exchanged ?

I bought a ice machine over the net, don't remember exactly when, but probably around the first of the year. I sent a note on here on 01/05 regarding the great customer service. I'm on my first trip now and the machine doesn't work. How can I exchange it ? No box, no receipt, not back home for at least 2 more weeks.

  • Contacted yesterday by phone, and today by email. Camping World no longer handles the small ice maker, but they are going to order one from Dometic as a replacement, a very fair offer.

    Now hopefully the replacement works !

  • Don't know where you guys live but Camping World stores aren't on every corner in Texas. That's the reason most of my "stuff" comes in a big brown truck.

    They might, but since it was purchased online, they might not be able to. Either way, why not call he CW online number?
