Can't be bothered....
Horrible rude experience today at my local Camper World....how common is this? ps I bought my Good Sam membership at this store on 5/5/2017- received nothing.. no email no card, no written explanation why my credit app was denied ( which greatly surprised me, and is the law) and I was assured I would get that in a couple days, and no proof I was a member at all except for my temporary card from the store. When the cashier used my member number to pull up my info there was no information at all except a wrong post office box. ( could that be why I was denied credit?) I came to return a item worth 19 bucks that my cheap guy I hired off the internet couldn't install because of a mistake he had already made with my trailer,and more importantly to order a Fantastic Fan or Air Conditioner-and of course get professional installation to avoid the problem I just had. they just refused to make the return- she reluctantly corrected my post office box but added no other information and I live 50 miles away in another town. The correct town might have been helpful to add to my profile. The single cashier spent a long time off the sales floor talking with an unseen manager who never came out to see the dusty but not damaged item while a line of customers waited. What a waste of a rare day off. She was very friendly to the two customers before me which were 15 to 25 years older than I am. I even tried to get help from the very nicely dressed lady at the front desk thing when you first walk in. She just gave me a "sucks to be you" look and turned away.
