Can't get on internet with wife's computer
Yesterday my wife's computer had a tracker pop up on her computer screen. I tried to use a tracker remover and that's when it hit the fan. Now she can't get back on the internet. I come from the anal...

Many of those popups are phish (They want you to give them access)
Now how are you connecting. I will assume Wi-Fi
you need to go to the wi-fi connect function (normally lower right on task bar may require you hit an UP arrow thing looks like ^ Can't tell you what the not connected Icon is but look for an "Antenna" would be guess 1
Open that you may just need to turn it back on (Should be an option)
Select your Router's SSID and you may need to re-enter your PSK (or not)

I have on my infectable machines a good firewall. If I set the security to MAX. there is no connection to anything outside the box
