CB radio, How many users?

same here on using CB these - only there to monitor the truckers when the road conditions dictate.
When mine is on the squelch is turned all the way up so I only hear whats in front of me or behind me. Have no desire anymore to monitor the trash on the CB band. It seems alot of truckers don't like to listen to it as well as alot of them are Ham Radio operators now...
I too have FRS radios and cellphones. The range of the cellphone is excellent hehe... Also another PLAN B is to use a pair of home telephones handsets that have intercoms. They work out just like a FRS radio...
