Cedar Creek Jensen TV removal

All . . . . Well, you are my last resort.
We have a 2011 Cedar Creek SB with a 42 inch Jensen TV. It is mounted on a rack that goes up and down.
I want access to the strip that holds the connector plugs, i.e. audio, video, HDMI, power cord. The connection plugins are on the bottom of the TV, and not accesable. Somehow I have to pull out or tilt or something to get to the connector plugins.

Anybody? Is this the right forum? Apparantly different models of Cedar Creeks have different tv mountings.

thanks . . . . ken

Hi - I'm a NEWBIE.... just did my final walk-through prior to delivery yesterday. I purchased a Silverback 37BH (bunkhouse).

My living room TV is the Jensen, and I specifically asked about removal of the TV, as it is connected to the antenna, and I plan to use a satellite with mine.

I was told there are four bolts on the backside of the TV that connect it to the wall bracket. Lift straight up, then pull out, I was told. I assume the mount itself mates to the TV via four keyhole shaped holes. The guy said "It's easier to take it off than it is to put it back on." I guess he meant getting it lined up and snapped back into place.

Thanks Richard. I think that you are correct, you have to remove the four bolts to remove the TV. Crappy design by Forest River. You can't add any cables to the TV unless you remove the TV.
There are other TVs that have the push in connections on the back, and you have to push up on the connector. Some cables require that you screw in the connector plug to make it stay.

    Good Luck!
