Cel phone for the winter only
We will be spending four months in the USA. What is the best (and the cheapest) cellphone that we could use there? Thanks. ps: I have a late model IPad with +3G. Would it help?

One of the pay as hooky go plans would be cheaper fit basic phone service. I used net 10 from Wal-Mart for several years. Great nationwide coverage and cost was less than $20 a month. Have it up when I got the smart phone
