Cel phone for the winter only
We will be spending four months in the USA. What is the best (and the cheapest) cellphone that we could use there? Thanks. ps: I have a late model IPad with +3G. Would it help?

When we go to Florida always get (or reactivate) our Tracfone. Works great and has a 1-800 toll free number to call Canada.
