Cel phone for the winter only
We will be spending four months in the USA. What is the best (and the cheapest) cellphone that we could use there? Thanks. ps: I have a late model IPad with +3G. Would it help?

go to any walmart and check out their tracfones. I bought a new one because it was cheaper to do so than to buy a new battery for the one I had.
