Cel phone for the winter only
We will be spending four months in the USA. What is the best (and the cheapest) cellphone that we could use there? Thanks. ps: I have a late model IPad with +3G. Would it help?

I purchased a Tracphone Big Easy at Radio Shack. It was on sale for $10. Very easy to use and a very simple phone that works well with clear voice and high volume. Inside the box are coupons for extra minutes.
