We will be spending four months in the USA. What is the best (and the cheapest) cellphone that we could use there? Thanks. ps: I have a late model IPad with +3G. Would it help?
Lumia 520 There's this phone also. It can be set up on Simple Mobile and Straight Talk also without unlocking from my understanding. It's a great wifi only phone and is wifi calling capable.
