If you can't find an Incoming Settings command, you're dealing with a web-based e-mail account, in which case there's no need to worry about the Server Delete option.

Thanks for the response... I did as you suggested BUt never had the Delete Email from server option as a choice under Incoming Server... Nothing was listed about deleting anything... Maybe I should try another email app rather than the one that came with the S7.. Thanks again..

I have been unable to accomplish what I set out to do.. which is once I read and delete an email on my phone or tablet, be sure it is still available on my main home computer.. I am going to try another email program soon but I have another question before I hit the frustration wall again. Is it best to have all of my email accounts be POP or IMAP? Thanks to all for your help...
