Cell signal repeater/booster...

Sounds like you need an 800 and 1900 MHz band two way amp for Verizon, ATT, and Sprint. Sprint is the kicker. They are exclusively 1900. the other two are mostly 800 MHz.

.... and i bet these are all 120 vac solutions. It would be nice to have a 12 vdc solution.

I understand the oscillation problem.
Im thinking if I get a very directional antenna for the tower pickup.
Then maybe a hemispherical antenna for the RV side of the system, I can move the hemispherical (like a patch antenna style) around so it doesn't cause oscillation? Maybe get some attenuators for the RV antenna?

Your options depend alot on what you are trying to boost. i.e. Do you have a newer physical hotspot with two antenna ports on it, or an older one with no antenna ports? Or are you wanting to boost the signal to your phone?

I have the We-Boost and it works well. It doesn't cover the entire inside of the RV.

the 'sleek' is a cradle holds one device, phone or hotspot
they have several residential packages, and several mobile/rv packages
most have a version of their most popular all band all carrier amplifier
with different outdoor and indoor antennas

they do NOT spread the signal around the campsite
they do increase an area of signal strength inside the RV
you don't want feedback between the indoor antenna and the outside roof or rack mounted antenna

for making calls you do it inside the RV
for using your devices on wifi
your hotspot stays in the RV near the inside antenna, and connect your tablet or laptop via the wifi signal which can extend outside depending on the strength of the hotspot wifi or additional wifi router

weboost is not the only cellular booster company

i have only used wilson, because the pricing was 'right' when i was shopping
