The biggest difference would be if you use VBA macros in your Excel spreadsheet, those won't carry over. Google uses it's own Java based macro language.
- GordonThreeExplorerGoogle sheets has a fair number of features, and there are a large assortment of free and paid add-ons for it that do almost anything.
Basic alphabetizing should be possible using built-in functions, exponential functions in math shouldn't be a problem either.
