In fact, the "system" that fits the space between your ears and requires no software or firmware is even more hackable..
Its called "social engineering", can be FAKE websites which mimic the look of the real Mcoy.. Fake websites are everywhere, all it takes is misspelling by ONE letter and you end up out of luck.
Folks often fall for faked emails which state your account is frozen, on hold or shut down unless you "verify" your identity.. Often asking you to click or open a link that takes you to the fake website and then you HAND the keys to your Kingdom right over to the bad guys..
Clicking or even passing your mouse over on embedded links on websites can result in drive by malware or unwanted programs getting installed..
