Co-pilot gps app for android

Question

I have downloaded and used the "free" version of CoPilot. I like it and want to go with the paid for version. I have tried the "in app purchase" option. When I try to pay with pay-pal I'm told that I will be authorizing google to create a google wallet account for me. I don't want or need a google wallet. I want nothing else that requires a username, a password, an account, or anything else for me to keep track of. How to pay for and get what I want without more hassle?

I bought mine in the play store. I believe the google wallet uses your google login.

It's only a "hassle" because you are making it a hassle.  This is the year 2015. Live in the time.

As I remember it mine are billed to my debit cardThere was a time with Verizon , when this was billed to your phone bill
