Went down to the service center. Waited on immediately. Dumb xxxxx that I called over the phone sent TV receiver out and never upgraded my internet service. The sweet gal at the office cancelled the TV order but I have to bring back receiver when it gets here. She up graded my internet service from Performance Starter to Performance Plus. Get this, my bill was reduced $6 a month! Got home and tried it. Went from 7.5 download to 18.7 and 1.5 up load to 7.9! I asked if I could have let then do the modem install there. She said yep, bring the new modem in and we will get the numbers off them and have you going in about two minutes. will never use the phone "techs" again.
