I bet the car that just passed something in the road a mile ahead or saw a car on the side of the road does not have a CB, but I bet they have a smart phone. Or the traffic slow down ten miles away you are unaware of cannot reach you.
With this app it is real time and very accurate. It is free and the more folks using it the better.
You can use it as your gps if you want. I would love to see Rand Mcnally and Waze combine functions. That would be an amazing device.
