I have a 2008 cardinal that has had 3 ZX500 and 2 ZX600 Concertones in it and I am looking for a replacement now. In the past my extended warranty has covered the replacement of them, this is the first year that I will have to pay out of my pocket to replace it.
I do agree that concertone should have to pay for the POS and all of their junk products including replacement and labor costs. In the past when I've dealt with Forest River their answer is contact Concertone, it is their responsibility. Because all we did was install it....
