You realize this contact info has nothing to do with Yahoo? In fact, the IP points to France?

Why do you want/need to "call" Yahoo? A better answer might be available if we had some details.

I doubt it for technical support... just like Google, etc, they don't want to talk to you, ever.

You can probably call their legal department, for investor relations type questions or law enforcement support.

Have never heard of a way of doing so?
