I had a cheap unit and it was very unsatisfactory.
The one I bought from London Drugs for $100. was troublesome from day one and the quality was so poor that you couldn't even read the licence plate on the car in front of me. Night time recording was nothing short of pathetically dismal at best.

Once again this crummy iPad I'm using won't let me post a proper link. Don't feel like firing up my PC to do it properly.
So based on that I want a good quality unit that does what I buy it for. I do a lot of night driving so I need to be able to record events that I can actually see if I need to. I'm not afraid to spend a little more for a good unit.
I did my homework. I read a lot of reviews and checked things out thoroughly to make my choice.
I was just hoping someone had one of these things so they could give me a first hand report on it.
