No, but it can get it to 90%, and that's only an issue if your bank is underrated for the need, or you don't have any opportunity to fully top off every week or two via other methods.
I don't think I would want to go "a week or two" without properly FULLY recharging my battery bank.
People who boondock would still be better off with a generator and a good charger and/or solar. This would be good for folks who "dry camp" for one night (Walmart, rest stop) and are going to get on the road first thing and want there battery bank topped off by the time they get to their next destination.
