Delete 'BING'
Something keeps updating and using data allowance on this Wdws8 program - I think it might be "Bing' ... and I've deleted it a couple times but it keeps coming back. I'd like to uninstall it comple...

I doubt that Bing is using any bandwidth, in that is an add-on for your web browser that you are not using.
