Delete 'BING'
Something keeps updating and using data allowance on this Wdws8 program - I think it might be "Bing' ... and I've deleted it a couple times but it keeps coming back. I'd like to uninstall it comple...

A hard drive is a hard drive is a hard drive. You can format it and load anything you want on it. The problem may be the other hardware in the computer which may not have Win 7 drivers available to talk to the operating system.
