Why would a Dell computer have a Seagate hard drive in it..I did not put it there..!!!

What is the brand of its refrigerator? The brand of its stove? Its toilet?
I'll wager that none of them match the RV brand. They're just components used by the manufacturer.
It's the same with computers. Seagate is a top-tier hard drive brand. Great quality. There's no reason for you to worry.
