Nice setup. I'm now considering carrying a portable dish and several questions. What model/mfg is your tripod? It looks heavy duty. Is the dish arm bolted on? My 18" dish had rivets which I replaced with bolts for better storage.
Aiming: No issues with my 18" dish. But my phone is not that accurate with it's compass. And in the last 2 sites the dish would be over 100' (who planed those trees in the camp site anyway) from the RV but DW and I have portable radios. I'm wondering about a SWM meter with a battery. Any suggestions?
