Doesn't surprise me

Some years ago I actually looked at my bill and noticed I was paying for both DNS and locals..which is in violation of FCC rules. This had been going on for 2 years. They did as I asked and removed the locals' billing, but reimbursed me for just 3 months of the overcharges. I guess they figured I'd been watching the locals.. which I hadn't. Didn't even know they were there.
