Then, on Jan. 1, 2016 I got a charge on my credit card bill for the monthly amount. I immediately disputed the charge and sent in supporting documentation. Credit card company has now blocked Direct TV from any further billing.
This is just disgusting. Makes you wonder how many time Direct TV has billed other people who canceled their accounts and got away with it!
Has this happened to anyone else?
Why does it have to be some big conspiracy? Couldn't be possible that they made a simple error and you are blowing it way out of proportion?
