All the equipment wiring etc is different. No RCA cable / connections. Different antenna than what I have anyway. Don’t think, but am not sure, that you can take any/ much equipment from house to RV. Think RV needs to be wired and equipment in it that duplicates the house..
But yes, if you want an automatic HD on the roof, and internal wiring, and pay someone to do it, it'll cost you. Your friend definitely did it the expensive way and likely doesn't know he can take equipment from the house. DTV doesn't know where you are.
