Both are good. Both are bad. It just a matter of who answers the phone. Dish is actually a bit more RV friendly if you will be moving often as you can simply call, or use the chat function, give them a new address and they will turn on your local Network programming. If you plan to full time or most time you may prefer to use the DNS Network option which you will have to purchase through a separate company called All American Direct but no HD Networks are available from them.
I think you will find that it's more important to choose the service based upon the options available, pricing and possibly availability of installation rather and just tech support.
