As is reported on here many times, the answers and service you get are largely dependent on WHOM you're talking to. That, plus I'm the kind of customer who never calls in to have my locals changed (as I don't have any locals), and only call in for a card re-activation when I have no internet service, and order PPV via text every now and then. Of course those things may have absolutely nothing to do with it.
