Do you have a Genie and mini Genie that you are describing?

Your dvr needs to be upgraded . I had the same problem last year and Directv has solved the problem. You should use it at home on your system and it should do an automatic upgrade.

You mention taking the DVR and then you say something about "frizing" the screen at home. Could you tell us more about your setup? What kind of receiver(s) are you using? What kind of antenna are you using? Are you wanting service in your RV and your home at the same time? You say "THAT HAPPEN ONLY WHEN I TRY TO WATCH A RECORD PROGRAM FROM THE DVR ON THE OTHER RECEIVER" and I have no idea what you mean by this.
I know you know what you mean but you need to slow down and give us as much detail about what you are doing, what you want to be doing and what problems are preventing you from doing this.
