DirecTV HD Charge
Do you suppose when DirecTV does away with SD channels they will do away with the $10.00 charge for HD? Since you won't have the option there shouldn't be an additional charge.

Dump it all and just use over-the-air television. You'll be much richer, and won't have to fret over that $10.00 at all.
