Select 18 inch round dish during setup and as stated, NO B band converters.

I used to set up a favorites list that was for the SD channels when traveling.

No! You will need to go into the receiver setup and allow the receiver to show the SD channels which are, by default, hidden when you are at home. You want to be able to view channel 231 Food but not channel 231 FoodHD.

I use a Winegard Carryout with HR-21 and HR-24 receivers and do not use the B Band Converter. In fact it will not work with the B Band Converter.
