Thanks to the Wineguard rep for following/replying to this interesting topic. I'm amazed at the replies that say DirecTv techs have installed receivers for them in their MH and the sales people help them with DNS, MH installs etc. What are the magic words? All I get is a phone number for Wineguard or the name of a distributor. I've had 2 techs refuse to get involved when they find out the receiver is in a MH even though they've made the trip to the house or the campsite. Seems there should be a simple checklist for the sales rep/tech to refer to when they're told "MH". This is why I would try Dish and see how they respond.
