I can't not exactly give you such a router.. But most streaming is on port 80, you can block that, sadly that blocks some other thins as well.
Many B/G/N type routers you can set the bandwidth to 20 MHZ instead of the default (AUTO) (The choices are 20/40/auto) 20 well they can stream, but they may wish for the large economy size bottle of aspirin, that's not enough bandwith for video. I set my router to 20.. Just to save bandwidth (I do not stream but I do download and play)
