In one of these forums, the number 888-309-0370 was given as the best contact dish number due to the fact that you were talking to a person in the USA. Unfortunately, this number is no longer in service. 800-333-3474 is outsourced. I have good luck with the "chat" to change the service address, but would like to speak to a native English speaker to "disconnect" and restart the service. Is there a new "good" number to use?
