There is no such thing as home or RV service, just the service itself is used where you have the receiver. If you have Dish service in your home you just take the receiver from your house and put it in the RV. Now you have RV service!
If you had multiple receivers at home but only wanted to take one in the RV then you can suspend the service on the unused receivers and reactivate them when you return home.
