I suspect you'll have to cancel your existing account, and then add the 211's back on after the new account is active.
My thoughts also. We do own both 211's and being on the road about 9 months of the year losing the turn on turn off feature with DISH won't be that big a deal.
We don't record things so that is not an issue for us.
