We couldn't even open their web page because the speeds were so slow the connection would time out and disconnect.
No, they don't, but they do re-sell other providers satellite internet service and call it their own. Usually Dish re-sells the Wildblue/Excede services but sometimes it's the newer Hughesnet Gen4.
