Yes, Echostar.. The DISH satellite receiver is everything you want. (With one tiny exception).
Use a battery operated portable TV to watch the Antenna pointing screen while you aim the antenna. The software in the receiver is the equal of a Bird Dog satellite meter. (cost over 1,000 used) and it is free with the receiver.
The signal bar shows the signal strength and when you find a sat it will show the number.. You can then easily change sats to find if you are looking with the right LNB, but odds are the receiver takes care of that too.
This is, in fact, the meter I recommend.
