Dish satellite
I have high priced cable for my tv,phone and internet. Thinking of going to Dish, now that they offer internet. Anyone have their pakage of tv and internet, and how do you like it. Ken

We tried satellite internet through Wildblue and it was as bad as dial-up. We had to pay $300 for the equipment and sign a contract for one year and it was $50/mo. Never again. I dropped it as soon as the year was up. And we live in the country, up on a hill, so should have gotten really good reception. A tech guy from DirecTV (had that before we switched to Dish) said satellite internet is a last resort if you can't get anything else. Of course, dial-up sucks too. We now have broadband wireless internet and love it.
