You need to take charge of the call when turning off. State that it is an RV account!
State you own your equipment!
State you want to cancel your service, you then have six to nine months to restart it.
You should not need to pay anything at that time, unless past due for service.
To start back you just need to call and state you want to restart, and pay enough to have a full months credit.
Yes sometimes a hassle, but the picture quality is great and worth it, not that the should make better. Just opt in to the survey and state what a hassle it is to start and stop RV account service.
