Many of us have DVRs so when a program is actually broadcast is irrelevant; we rarely ever watch shows in real time, regardless of where we are. And as for local news and weather, that's what's the internet is for, isn't it? Small town news and weather reports usually aren't worth much from an information perspective, but they can be amusing!
