When your contract is up (2 years) if you are not asking to go to what they offer new customers, you are leaving money on the table.
Good advice, planning to dump Dish and go with Direct in July when the 2 years are up.
We also made the mistake of taking the hopper and joeys, this is the biggest pain in the butt ever, constantly freezing up and resetting resulting in signal out with no help from Dish other than tells us to unplug it for a few minutes and they defend the sorry system. Before we took this we had the individual receivers with never a problem. Since this nothing but problems and rate increases.
