If sats 110, 119, and 129 are all locked in as indicated by your Dish receiver, you should be able to view programming you have subscribed to unless your receiver needs to be re-activated. If we haven't used our Dish network service in our RV for awhile I can have our sat system all set up and locked in but still have no programming. A quick call to Dish to reset our VIP receiver and while we are still on the phone all the programming comes in, even have used Dish chat when WiFi was available. Just a few weeks of non-use causes our VIP receiver to de-activate. Have fun in The City Different!!!
