Right, Winegard has no weekend tech support. If you go to channel 100 (I think, but it's somewhere around there) there is an "always on" channel running Dish support videos and other propaganda. If you are seeing good signal strengths on all satellites and you have the SW64 you absolutely should be able to get that channel even if the receiver was not activated. If you do get that channel then you should also see a full guide. If both of those are true but you are not seeing any programming then it is most likely the receiver has lost the required authorization and you need to have Dish resend the activation signal (often call a "hit"). You can do this via Chat or by phone. Only DirecTV customers can get in done from their website.
